How to Apply for a Refund?
You can request a refund for Upgrade Packages by email at any time before the launch. Your deposit will be returned to the PayPal account you used. If the Kickstarter launch is unsuccessful before June 2025, all Upgrade Packages will be fully refunded.
What Materials Are Used in Washy Duckie?
Washy Duckie’s body is made from traditional vinyl PVC, which is phthalate-free and BPA-free, ensuring safety for children. The lid is crafted from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Adult supervision is recommended during use, especially in water.
How Should I Clean and Prevent Mold Growth in Washy Duckie?
Bacteria and mold thrive in damp and warm environments. After each use, drain completely and rinse with clean water. It’s advisable to wipe the interior dry and leave the lid open until the next use. Avoid using hard objects to clean, as mold can grow in surface cracks. Do not use the product if it is damaged.
What Are the Launch Date, Production and Delivery Times, and Risks for Washy Duckie?
Washy Duckie will launch on Kickstarter no later than June. Full production is estimated to take 2 months, with delivery expected within 15 working days via first-class courier. Free shipping is available to the US and select Asia Pacific countries, with priority delivery for early-bird Upgrade Reserves. We are confident in our delivery timeline and have already invested in major tooling and production test runs. The design is simple, consisting of only two plastic pieces, which minimizes risks. However, please note that unforeseen production challenges and actual delivery times, particularly for remote locations, may vary; updates will be sent via email.
